What to expect in your role as a Property Valuer:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners
  • Focusing on acquiring new and repeat business
  • Obtaining new property listings for marketing purposes
  • Showcasing properties to prospective buyers through various marketing strategies
  • Efficiently completing property contracts
  • Promoting additional services
  • Creating detailed property brochures with images and descriptions
  • Engaging in local outreach, including door-to-door canvassing and distributing flyers
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety regulations

Essential Skills for a Property Valuer:

  • Valid UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles
  • Previous experience in estate agency with a desire to progress
  • Strong teamwork abilities, contributing to a positive work atmosphere
  • Supporting your manager in leading the team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail
