Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial/Technology lawyer to join our team at Jameson Legal. As a Senior Associate, you will be part of our highly regarded Commercial team, advising UK and international multi-nationals, household names, small and medium-sized businesses, and entrepreneurs on a broad range of commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including business-to-business and business-to-consumer agreements with an international element;
  • Agency agreements and advice to agents and principals subject to the Commercial Agents Regulations;
  • Drafting and advising on online platforms, website terms and conditions for static or transactional websites, and social media sites or mobile apps;
  • Non-contentious intellectual property: licensing, franchising, ownership, and protection of IP in the context of commercial agreements;
  • Pre-litigation advice;
  • Active engagement in business development and provision of training where required.

Requirements:

  • Training and PQE (probably at least six years') gained from a City, International, or high-quality regional firm;
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the Fashion and Technology sector;
  • Ability to provide commercial, up-to-date, and pragmatic advice to clients.
