Role Overview:

As a Junior IT Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of digital projects focused on enhancing customer experiences. This role involves working closely with senior team members to track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the delivery of digital projects, primarily focusing on customer experience enhancement.
  • Tracking project milestones, preparing progress reports, and facilitating stakeholder communication.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years' experience in project management or coordination roles within IT.
  3. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  4. Knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and software development cycles.

Salary and Benefits:

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £32,000, along with benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, an up to 8% contributory pension scheme, private healthcare plan, hybrid working model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), annual performance-based bonus, and regular training and development programs.
