Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our internal sales team. This role involves managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience in project coordination or management. The position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, 20 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays (rising to 25 after 2 full years employment), and contributory Company pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure their needs are met.
  • Process customer orders by coordinating with sub-contractors and Omega's in-house production and installation teams.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and external contractors to keep up-to-date on project plans.
  • Monitor and report on customer activity via the activity log and ensure information is readily available to senior personnel.
  • Ensure customer invoicing is carried out no later than 4 days after job completion.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in ERP systems.
