Lead Teacher - Enhanced Provision

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to lead a specialized provision in EYFS, supporting children with diverse needs. This position is based in a primary school.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of children with complex needs.

  • Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have experience in SEND and a passion for tailored educational approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To lead and manage the Enhanced Provision for children with EHCPs in EYFS.
  2. To develop and implement individualized educational plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  3. To work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting children with SEND.
  4. To contribute to the development of the school's SEND policy and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND.
  • Passion for working with children with complex needs.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
