Head of Merchandise Operations

Joma Jewellery Ltd is seeking a results-driven Head of Procurement to spearhead our Buying team.
In this role, you will develop and implement effective procurement strategies to support our rapidly growing business, working closely with the CEO, Creative Director, and Head Of Channel. You will oversee the management of supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Your expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring Buying KPIs is crucial, as well as your knowledge of procurement laws and regulations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
This role offers a competitive salary (£58,000 - £68,000 DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday.
With the flexibility to work from home on average twice a week, post a successful probation period, you will be able to balance work and personal life effectively.
