Aircraft Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler, based in Shropshire. This is a four-month contract role with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planning requirements and Material Planning requirements to support aircraft scheduled maintenance inputs. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and Company Procedures to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
- Liaising with Operations Controllers, Technical Records, and Maintenance Teams to ensure a common understanding of capability and capacity.
- Reviewing allocated Aircraft status reports to ensure full maintenance programme compliance and identifying provisional maintenance dates.
- Raising maintenance orders and reviewing prepared work specifications and work packages.
- Ensuring support and documentation meet the needs of scheduled maintenance inputs.
To succeed in this role, you will have knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements. Experience with SAP and ERP software for Technical Records, Planning, and Maintenance is also essential. Additionally, completion of formalized EASA Part 145 and Part M training is required.
