Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives, assisting with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individual care plans
Requirements
- No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
