About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at LiveWest. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of works to our properties in the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out repairs, maintenance, waste disposal, and general cleaning services at our properties.
  • Work alongside a Multi Skilled Technician to carry out a variety of tasks, including collecting and distributing materials and equipment.
  • Liaise with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Act as an ambassador for LiveWest, promoting a positive and respectful image of the company.
  • Observe and comply with policies and procedures for Health and Safety at Work.

About the Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers and communicate effectively and confidently.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in property maintenance or a related field.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
