Versatile Maintenance Technician - Cornwall

An experienced Versatile Maintenance Technician is sought for property upkeep within the social housing sector, focusing on vacant units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traveling to various social housing properties to perform maintenance tasks
  • Potentially visiting multiple sites throughout the day
  • Executing a diverse range of tasks across different trades, including:
    • Tiling
    • Carpentry
    • Minor plumbing
    • Painting

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multiple trades
  • Asbestos awareness certification
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Dependable and trustworthy

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Possession of basic tools
