Job Description

This role involves assisting the Head Chef in developing menus, working with fresh seasonal produce, and delivering hotel/restaurant standards of service without long hours or split shifts. The successful candidate will have experience in working with fresh food, an understanding of nutrition, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working within budget, and leading and motivating a team. Requirements

  • City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification in culinary arts
