We are seeking a Site Management Specialist to manage and successfully deliver a £40M new build care home project in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

A qualification in a trade, construction, or site management and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role with a main contractor are essential requirements. Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability, as well as technical competence with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables, are also required.

A salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and pension scheme.
