Key Responsibilities

The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing science and technical skills training programs to address the needs of the Early Development service line.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance the scientific and technical knowledge of employees
  • Collaborating with leaders and functional SMEs to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Partnering with external providers to deliver training programs and services
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Talent Development Manager will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as life sciences, human resources, or education
  • Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on science and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs
