We are looking for an individual with substantial commercial management experience, preferably in the QS or estimation background. Your previous experience should include reviewing and negotiating construction contracts at the pre-construction stage, identifying and addressing commercial risks in contracts, working with estimation and sales teams, and developing key relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
