About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or a Senior Registered General Nurse (RGN) to take on a Deputy Ward Manager role in our mental health hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a ward, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care">
  • Monitor ward activities, staff performance, and patient outcomes">
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care">
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to achieve best practice">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  1. ">
  2. A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RGN)">
  3. A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals">
  4. Eligibility to live and work in the UK">
  5. Experience in managing a team, monitoring the ward, and monitoring staff performance">
  6. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in the UK">
  7. A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach">
  8. A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate">
  9. A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice">
