Lead Financial Analyst

Aimtru Brands is seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and decision-making across our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead financial analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Analyse cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risks specific to our product lines
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards relevant to our industries
  • Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive growth
Data Analytics and Reporting:
  • Spearhead the development of our data analytics capabilities to support financial analysis across both product lines
  • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards for financial reporting and analysis
  • Create and implement advanced data models to support the Power BI dashboards and other analytical needs specific to our markets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
  • ~4+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on data analytics and business intelligence
  • ~ Proven track record in leading financial analysis initiatives and developing data-driven insights
  • ~ Expert proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design
