About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at N Family Club. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to make a real difference in the lives of our parents and children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with our parents through phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Manage pipelines of new customers, processing enquiries and converting them into new N Family Club members.
  • Provide detailed information about our nurseries, educational programme, and policies to new customers.
  • Implement an effective enquiry follow-up process to maximise conversion rates.
  • Compose friendly and articulate emails to customers and respond in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • A good degree or 4 years' relevant work experience.
  • A passion for customer service and making people happy.
  • Experience in a 'soft-sell' customer service or sales role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at speed and meet targets.
