Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at The Cedar Foundation. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care and support plans
- Ensuring the delivery of quality care and support services every day
- Mentoring and supervising the Support Team
- Providing direct care and support to service users
- Supporting with management budgets and resources
The Cedar Foundation is a Registered Domiciliary Care Agency and Positive Behaviour Support Service that provides care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities. We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our service users.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or relevant equivalent
- Two years' experience in a social care setting providing support and care
- Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning disabilities
- Experience of behaviours that challenge and associated risks
