Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at The Cedar Foundation. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans, and ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Ensure that our service users receive the highest level of care and support
- Manage and supervise a team of support workers
- Contribute to the development of the service and its policies and procedures
- GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or relevant equivalent
- Two years' previous experience in a social care setting providing support/care
- Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning disabilities
- Experience of behaviours which challenge and associated risks
- Effective communication and use of IT skills
- Annual Leave 6.4 weeks in each leave year (inclusive of public and bank holidays)
