We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Group Risk Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new business applications, ensuring timely issue and payment of claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service to scheme members, employers, and HR, addressing day-to-day queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to resolve technical issues and queries.
- Process and issue illustrations for scheme members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Update and maintain member records, both computerized and manual, to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate the issuance of policy documents to scheme members and process scheme leavers and joiners.
- Prepare and issue annual statements to scheme members and upload monthly GPP premiums to product provider systems.
- Manage group scheme renewals, including quote requests, rate negotiations, and recommendation reports.
- Process invoices to employers and liaise with product providers, clients, and advisers as necessary.
- Assist with monitoring of divisional Aged Debt reports and maintain the online benefits portal.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Group Risk Administrator in a Financial Services environment, either from an IFA or Provider background. Strong communication and articulation skills, as well as high-level competency in Excel, are essential for this role.
