Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Governance Lead to support us in achieving excellence in quality governance and integrated care delivery. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of frameworks, drive the delivery of assurance strategies, and ensure compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements.

About the Position:

This role requires a strong understanding of quality governance and assurance principles, with experience in leading and advising on governance and assurance processes. You will work closely with our team to promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of care for patients, staff, and service users.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Advisory Roles: Provide expert guidance on governance and assurance processes to managers and staff across the Trust.
  • Quality and Governance Strategies: Drive the delivery of assurance, quality, safety, and governance strategies, aligning them with corporate objectives and the NHS Long Term Plan.
  • Framework Development and Maintenance: Lead the development and upkeep of the Divisional Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring alignment with the Trust's Integrated Governance Quality Assurance Framework policies.
  • Assurance Systems and Oversight: Collaborate with Divisional Directors, Directorate Managers, Senior Nurses, Clinical Leads, and the Associate Director of Governance and Assurance to establish systems that provide comprehensive insight, foresight, and oversight of quality and safety across the organisation.
