About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at 3Search, a leading digital marketing agency. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for driving digital growth and optimizing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Own the net revenue, average order size, value, and conversion rate to drive digital growth and increase revenue.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual merchandising of our online stores, including product presentation, signposting, and engaging content to drive sales.
  • Analytics and CRO: Utilize analytical and CRO tools to unlock insights, build hypotheses, and generate incremental output on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Technology Partnership: Collaborate with our technology team to design, develop, and deploy tools to deliver ecommerce objectives.
  • Product Launches: Work closely with our brand and commercial teams to execute product and collection launches.
  • Customer Insight: Support the analysis of customer data to inform business decisions and optimize ecommerce activity.
  • Ecommerce Best Practice: Stay up-to-date with ecommerce and CRO best practices through training, research, and industry events.
Requirements
  • Analytical Tools: Experience with analytical and CRO tools, including Google Analytics and HotJar.
  • Ecommerce Platforms: Strong knowledge of Shopify+ and common 3rd party applications, such as Bloomreach and Global-E.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to pull data from platforms like Fospha and GA4.
  • Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail, ecommerce, and marketing businesses.
  • CRO Methodology: Strong understanding of CRO methodology and its application in ecommerce.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record as a commercial individual with a deep understanding of brand and customer behavior.
  • Intellectual and Emotional Intelligence: Balanced intellectual and emotional intelligence to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
