We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property and Casualty Existing Business Underwriter to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and underwrite existing business accounts to ensure profitable growth and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
- Review and analyse existing business applications for property and casualty insurance coverage, assessing risks and determining appropriate coverage and premium rates.
- Collaborate with other underwriters and insurance professionals to ensure accurate and consistent underwriting practices.
- Proven experience as a property and casualty underwriter, preferably in an existing business capacity.
- Proficient in using underwriting software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and guidelines.
- 12% defined non-contributory pension scheme.
- Annual company bonus.
- Life cover - four times your salary.
- 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
- Up to 16 weeks' full pay for maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
