New Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Growth Manager to join our team at The Zen Agency in Glasgow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our digital agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for business acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to provide guidance on services and materials needed to support sales efforts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using Salesforce or other inbound lead software.
  • Deliver high-quality proposals and tenders to potential clients, showcasing our agency's expertise and value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our agency and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of generating new business and meeting targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales principles, with experience working in a digital agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
