New Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Growth Manager to join our team at The Zen Agency in Glasgow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our digital agency.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and networking.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and qualify leads against our criteria.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to provide guidance on our services and support sales efforts.
  • Manage your own pipeline of data and work independently to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Awareness of market trends and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives.
