Job Title: Agile Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Systems Analyst to join our Global Verticals Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production and data collection systems continue to evolve to enable consistency and efficiencies across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Director to ensure the Production / Data collection system evolves to meet business requirements.
  • Design and oversee test specifications and conduct rigorous testing before rolling out live systems.
  • Translate business requirements into system enhancements / project specifications for software development.
  • Gain new skills/technologies by way of shadowing, training, self-learning.
  • Commitment to solutions, enhancements, and process efficiencies to help develop the team.
  • Attend meetings with other areas of Operations and Commercial to understand requirements for Software Enhancements.
  • Utilise technical and programming skills to understand the business rules behind the processes of data.
  • Recommending solutions to recurring data issues/bugs and document accordingly.
  • Providing regular progress reports to management.
  • Create an End User Manual around the system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a numerical/computer/scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Good understanding of database structures/systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Strong Mathematical/Logic skills.
  • Basic Azure SQL knowledge, e.g. able to read / interpret stored procedures.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are needed in order collaborate with and influence local operations teams to ensure projects/services are delivered to required timing/standards.
