About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting for our growing team at In Any Event UK, a leading event management and venue finding agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration involved in the organisation of conferences, events, and delegate registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the events team with administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Work onsite at events outside of standard office hours, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth event experience.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events, including exhibitions and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of event technology and apps, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
Requirements
  • Customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or events, with a strong understanding of event planning and management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in event technology and apps, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach.
