SLCN Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SLCN Teaching Support Professional to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students with SLCN, assist in developing and implementing EHCPs, and engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive access to a wide range of teaching opportunities through our network, support with payroll and timesheet management, access to CPD courses, and a comprehensive rewards scheme.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SLCN or similar roles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and relevant qualifications or training in speech and language therapy or special education.
