Healthcare Education Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Education Professional to join our team at Prime Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training courses to registered nurses and other healthcare professionals across London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. They will also possess a teaching qualification and be able to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct training sessions on various topics, including enteral feeding, venepuncture, and catheterisation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC pin preferred)
  • Teaching qualification (essential)
  • Flexible and adaptable to suit client needs
