Bid Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and successful company that values the development of its team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic and collaborative bid team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage and distribute detailed tender information.
  • Be the senior point of contact for numerous stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent levels of administration and data management.
  • Compile reports using facts from various sources.
  • Ensure consistent levels of accurate reporting across all areas.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Bid/Proposal/Tender Manager with a good understanding of PQQs, tenders, and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing, developing, and motivating a bid team.
  • Ability to produce high-scoring written content for competitive tenders.
  • Willingness to manage and work alongside the team to complete tender documents.
