Job Title: Construction Estimator

About the Role:
The School Renovation Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging, educational, and exceptional spaces and inclusive environments for all.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend site meetings with new clients and manage the initial brief through to conception
Manage the sales cycle and CRM
Produce itemised quotations and estimates
Review tenders and assist in preparing bid documentation
Liaise with external suppliers
Initiate cost reductions without compromising design quality or the client's experience

Essential Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience of creating site surveys
Knowledge of generating quotations/bill of materials
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Space awareness and the ability to visualise issues and solutions
Ability to think on the spot and solve our customers' problems
Educated to degree level or have relevant work experience (preferably from the construction industry)

What We Need from You:
At least 2 years' experience in construction or commercial fit-out
A full UK driver's license
Be willing to travel occasionally from the office to Brackley, NN13 for client visits and meetings
