Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at The School Renovation Company Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging, educational, and exceptional spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend site meetings with new clients and manage the initial brief through to conception.
  • Manage the sales cycle and CRM.
  • Produce itemised quotations and estimates.
  • Review tenders and assist in preparing bid documentation.
  • Liaise with external suppliers.
  • Initiate cost reductions without compromising design quality or the client's experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience of creating site surveys.
  • Knowledge of generating quotations/bill of materials.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Space awareness and the ability to visualise issues and solutions.
  • Ability to think on the spot and solve our customers' problems.
  • Educated to degree level or have relevant work experience (preferably from the construction industry).
