About the Job

This Commercial Marketing Development Lead role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation at Halfords For Business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and working within end-to-end product & proposition development processes.

As a key member of our B2B team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define client and business needs, leading to the creation of client-centric product and service innovations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and innovation at Halfords For Business.
  2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to define client and business needs.
  3. Create client-centric product and service innovations that support the B2B brand proposition.
  4. Evaluate competitor activity and external market developments, communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commercial and performance mind-set with an innovative approach.
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to identify customer needs.
  • Experience of developing and working within an end-to-end product & proposition development process.
  • Strong project management skills in multi-functional projects.
Salary Details

The estimated salary for this Commercial Marketing Development Lead role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
