About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pain Management Nurse to join our team at Connect Health Group Limited. As a Pain Management Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to manage chronic pain
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with complex physical and emotional needs
  • Formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programs to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge
  • Provide specialist advice and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Desirable: experience in pain management and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
