We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Concept Technical Resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial function, including bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This is a key role in supporting the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and detailed analysis to understand results and trends.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and liaise with external audit partners.
- Manage sales ledger reconciliations across the business.
- Produce business reporting to feed into quarterly reviews.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Lead on financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Support and monitor performance against budget and forecast variances with the CEO.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in a retail or ecommerce environment. A Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent analytical degree is required, along with CIMA/ACA/AAT qualification. Advanced Excel skills and high-level systems proficiency are also essential.
A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
