About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Invest NI's Energy and Resource Efficiency Team as a Programme Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and delivering the Energy Efficiency Capital Grant programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies and initiatives to support businesses in Northern Ireland">
  • Manage the delivery of grants that support the installation of energy efficient equipment">
  • Provide advisory support through technical audits, feasibility studies, and advice to businesses">
  • Lead a team of energy efficiency professionals and manage team activities">
  • Partner with sector teams to identify and support companies with high economic impact potential">

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Practical knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and processes relevant to Northern Ireland businesses">
  • Experience in programme management, ensuring good corporate governance and compliance">
  • Strong leadership and team management skills">
  • Ability to provide advisory support to businesses">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
