Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Till Operator to join our team on a casual basis. As a Christmas Till Operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, serving a variety of food and drinks in our in-house concessions outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience in our concessions outlets.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare hot drinks to a specialty standard, using our proprietary recipes.
  • Prepare hot food to be served within our concessions units, adhering to our strict food safety guidelines.
  • Interact with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to stock management processes, ensuring that the correct amount of stock is accessible and counted at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized concessions unit, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Adhere to cash handling and profit control measures, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Take orders from guests, utilizing our till system to accurately process transactions.

Requirements:

  • Hard working, punctual, and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Well-presented, articulate, and organized, with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Good communicator, able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Confident in speaking with new people, with a strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
