Scientific Researcher

Are you a recent graduate in a scientific field looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Scientific Researcher to join our team at a global manufacturing business.

This role will involve working as part of our new product development function, playing a pivotal role in supporting the introduction of new developments and working closely with the commercial and sales teams. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from laboratory scale work to product development and quality system documentation.

As a Scientific Researcher, you will be responsible for providing technical knowledge and support to commercial teams and customers, including direct contact with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. You will also be responsible for formulating and undertaking laboratory scale work, preparing samples for product assessment, and working closely with the research & development and engineering departments to ensure smooth and trouble-free introduction of new products.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a degree-level qualification in a scientific field such as Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Food Science, Biology, etc. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and a Full UK Driver's License are also desirable.
