Chemistry Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate in Chemistry to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative products.

As a key member of our new product development function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the introduction of new developments and working closely with commercial and sales teams.

Our company offers a flexible working policy where you can start between 7:30am-9:30am and work your 8 hour day from there. There is also the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week upon successful completion of your 6 month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support commercial teams and customers with technical knowledge and support, including direct contact via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Provide customers with regulatory and technical information as required.
• Collaborate with the quality department in generating quality system documentation.
• Formulate and undertake laboratory scale work, including lab scale product development and preparing samples for product assessment.
• Work closely with research & development and engineering departments to ensure smooth and trouble-free introduction of new products.
• Provide the quality department with support in the approval of new raw materials.

Requirements:

• A degree-level qualification in a scientific field such as Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Food Science, Biology, etc.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• A Full UK Driver's License and access to your own transport is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of up to 25,000 (dependent on experience) + pension, potential annual bonus, 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, etc.
