Regent's University London is a private university nestled in the heart of Royal Regent's Park. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Tech & Transformation team, leading, developing, and embedding technology, infrastructure, and transformation across the university to deliver strategic objectives and business improvement projects.

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee project management, planning, and delivery functions across various strategic and institutional-wide projects. This includes ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs, providing high-quality project support, and developing and maintaining appropriate project documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of business-critical projects, working with colleagues across the institution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs.
  • Provide high-quality project, secretariat, and administrative support, including leading meeting agendas and formal note-taking as required.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project charters, workstream plans, risk & issues logs, stakeholder & communications plans, lessons learned, closure reports, and more.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and documenting them in the lessons learned section of the project closure report.
  • Oversee program or project action logs, managing progress and updating against deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate complex schedules and diaries to organize project meetings or executive meetings in a timely manner.
  • Conduct desk-based research to support project development as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of project delivery and implementation, feeding back as required.
