About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist Team Lead to join our physiotherapy department within a private hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the out-patient physiotherapy service, working across a caseload of orthopaedic patients, and implementing service delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the out-patient physiotherapy service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care
  • Work across a caseload of orthopaedic patients, including surgical and medical cases
  • Implement service delivery projects, coordinating training and reviewing patient documentation
  • Assist the Physiotherapy Manager in ensuring the service is safe and effective
  • Deliver an outstanding level of care to patients
Requirements
  • HCPC and CPS registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate out-patient experience in the UK
  • Experience in a similar leadership role
  • Previous experience in MSK Physiotherapy and orthopaedics
  • Experience in clinical audits and outcome tools
