About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Manager to join our team at Vibrance. As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of service provided and implement improvements to meet the needs of service users.
  • Oversee the care support provided to service users in a non-judgmental and professional manner.
  • Support service users with daily living tasks and outings, as well as development reviews.
  • Promote a better understanding and awareness of learning disabilities and physical disability issues in the community.
  • Collaborate with Community Learning Disability Services, Commissioning Services, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to achieve common goals.
