Clinical Support Specialist

Work with a motivated and passionate team to achieve positive outcomes for service users and their carers. As a Community Clinical Support Worker at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and engage with individuals and their families. You will provide intensive short-term goal-oriented input to the person, assess and identify needs and risks for individuals, work autonomously in the community, support people to access resources in the local community, demonstrate/transfer knowledge and skills to other carers/family members, highlight any concerns or risks to the Practitioner responsible for the case, and write notes of visits and input onto the computer system in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience within the care sector, a Care Certificate achieved within first 12 weeks of employment, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to travel independently.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards. Additionally, you will benefit from an NHS pension, career progression, and 27 days of annual leave increasing to 33 days based on length of service.
