Senior Clinical Training Specialist

As a Senior Clinical Training Specialist at Healthcare Homes, you will play a crucial part in implementing a new development programme to manage the competencies of senior care assistants and nurses across our eastern portfolio homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting existing teams to assess their clinical skill sets and providing ongoing training and support.
We are looking for a qualified nurse with a valid NMC pin who has access to own transport for travel across geographical areas. While experience in clinical training is preferred, it is not essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit homes to assess existing teams' clinical skill set
- Train best practices and continuously monitor performance
- Work with Learning and Development team to provide full support
