Job Summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airside Services Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and quality control requirements to ensure our stations are fully compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to the highest possible standard, ensuring all employees' training records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain close working relationships with customer airlines, ensuring all staff are trained accordingly and Menzies Aviation remains compliant at all times.
  • Assist in managing airline or company trials to improve the operation and integrity of our business.
  • Communicate with the Training Administrator to ensure staff availability for training courses without disrupting the safe management of the operation.
  • Gather and process data and documentation necessary for the success of the Training Department.

Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance

You will have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.

Requirements

  • Full knowledge in specified subject matter expertise.
  • Pro-active and forward thinking.
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance record.
  • Flexible and able to time manage their working day to ensure effective running of the Training Department.
