Job Summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airside Services Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees and customers
  • Conduct regular training sessions and assessments to ensure employees are competent in their roles
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training is aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our training programs are current and relevant

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Strong knowledge of airside operations and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
