Job Title: Azure Specialist Hybrid Working

We're seeking an experienced Azure Engineer (SME) to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of new technologies, supporting DevOps practices, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services by developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, conducting regular performance assessments, and implementing redundancy and failover mechanisms.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, improvements, best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance and training to other team members and departments on Azure best practices and optimizations.
  • Oversee the management of certificates and secrets within the Azure environment, ensuring timely rotation and compliance with security policies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure management, DevOps practices, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong communication and training skills to provide guidance to team members and departments.
