We are currently seeking a Retail Excellence Manager to join our Global Individual Health (GIH) segment, where you will play a critical role in driving growth and improving lives.

The primary objective of this role is to provide actionable insights on opportunities to enhance customer experiences through data-driven analysis, while ensuring all activities remain compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all channels are selling and servicing in accordance with regulatory and business guidelines.
  • Develop and implement documented processes to ensure compliance with FCA, DFSA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse data to identify performance trends and provide recommendations for improving customer journeys.
  • Oversee internal and external audits, including the ownership and delivery of action items and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and files as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working in a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to collect, organise, and analyse data.
  • Understanding of complex regulatory environments globally is preferable.
