We are expanding and have an opportunity for a Retail Excellence Manager to join our Global Individual Health (GIH) segment.

The role involves analyzing data to improve customer journeys while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business channels comply with regulations and guidelines.
  • Report on compliance performance on a regular basis.
  • Design processes to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze data to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure representatives are properly trained for sales and service.
  • Oversee broker accounts for compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain Risk registers and oversee audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in regulated environments and industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience in customer-focused sales/service roles and customer experience improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to analyze and organize data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of global regulatory environments and industry standards.
