Business Administration Associate

Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the wider business, including managing the UK purchase ledger, handling stakeholder queries, and assisting with administration of investment requests and fixed asset accounting.
You will work closely with the Accounts Payables team in Sweden and be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
You will need to have a strong understanding of double entry accounting and excellent communication skills. AAT qualification or equivalent is required, as well as a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the UK purchase ledger, handle all stakeholder queries, and own all UK postings working closely with the Accounts Payables team in Sweden.
- Assist with administration of investment requests and fixed asset accounting.
- Owner of financial admin queries end to end, supporting and working with others.
- Assist with Balance sheet reconciliations, or other monthly, quarterly or annual key account preparation tasks.
Estimated salary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, based on experience.
